• Early Bird registration rates will be valid until 15 August, 2022.
• Regular registration rates will be valid until October 05, 2022.
• On-site registration rates will be valid after October 06, 2022.

What You Need to Know About Registration

• VAT is included in the registration fees.
• All participants must be registered. The above registration fees include scientific meetings, entrance to the exhibition areas.
• Registration fee includes participant name badge, participation certificate, meeting materials, access to scientific meetings, entrance to the exhibition area, coffee break, and lunch
• Accompanying fee includes access to scientific meetings, entrance to the exhibition area coffee breaks and lunches. It does not include name badge, participation certificate, meeting materials.
• All proof of payments should be mailed to info@eurobiotech2022.eu

Payment

• All fees for the Congress registration should be paid in EUR.
• Please make sure all bank fees are covered by the submitting account and that the payment is free of charge for the receiver account.
• Only credit card payments will be accepted.
• Pre-registration is required before payment. Please sign-up on the registration system.

• Accommodations will be arranged in a way of inquire-and-sell, by meeting with the hotel upon request and by checking the availability. There won't be any reservations with the hotels and it will be progressed according to the demand, the accommodation prices are subject to change regarding the availability of the hotel.

Cancellation Policy for Registration

Orgnanizing Secretariat, must be notified in writing by e-mail to info@eurobiotech2022.eu about the cancellation of the registration.

Cancellation deadline for registration and accommodation requests is August 12, 2022. Cancellations received after the deadline will no longer be eligible for refund. Refunds for cancellations received before the deadline will be processed via bank transfer except transfer fees in next 45 days after congress’s first day.
